We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
